This session is 45 minutes long; a personalized treatment with traditional fire cupping and Chinese body work.

Fire cupping involves inserting fire into glass cups to create a vacuum that is then placed on your skin. Similar therapies to a deep tissue massage but instead of pushing down, the skin gets pulled up allowing fresh blood flow and Qi to those areas.

Tui Na is a targeted traditional massage that improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and relieves sore + stiff muscles or fascia.

Moxibustion is a gentle heat therapy that uses the dried herb mugwort to warm specific acupuncture points and areas of the body. The soothing warmth helps improve circulation, ease pain, and promote overall balance. Many patients find it deeply relaxing and especially beneficial for cold conditions, muscle tension, digestive concerns, and low energy.

Electroacupuncture combines traditional acupuncture with a gentle electrical stimulation delivered through selected acupuncture needles. The stimulation is carefully adjusted to your comfort level and often feels like a mild tapping or pulsing sensation. This technique can enhance the effects of acupuncture and is commonly used to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve muscle function.

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently stroke the skin. This treatment helps improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. Many people find it helpful for pain, stiffness, headaches, and stress.
